The Challenge
We created a website experience that encompasses the sensations and feelings potential guests would have at a Viceroy property and reignites the excitement and nostalgia previous guests had enjoyed. Responsive layouts, a mobile-first approach, user-generated content, exceptional user flows, and experiential design were aligned to increase interest and bookings across the brand’s portfolio.
The Results
The website allows each user to seamlessly travel through their own travel planning journey, immersed in the Viceroy experience and the feel of each individual property. The consistency a customer encounters across various devices ensures an engaging and highly visual experience.
