Tsogo Sun, a South Africa-based hospitality, gaming, and entertainment group, partnered with us to launch a new website powered by our award-winning CMS platform. The new website replaced more than 17 individual hotel, gaming, and conference websites, with the goal of improving conversion rates and building brand awareness through a streamlined digital presence.
The Challenge
Tsogo Sun set out to completely revamp its online presence across multiple screens, with the overall goal of increasing bookings on the website. Having a range of properties across nations and continents, the brand needed its website content to be translated and formatted to fit the user’s language. Additionally, extensive API integration for the Hotel Rewards and Gaming Rewards loyalty programs was needed to allow Tsogo Sun to recognize and retain its best guests.
The Results
Over 15 applications were integrated into the website, such as a brand rewards program and live slot-machine payout displays. State-of-the-art cloud hosting and our Content Delivery Network guaranteed quick download speeds, and all the elements worked together to boost direct online bookings and lower distribution costs.
