The Watergate Hotel, a luxurious urban resort located along the Potomac River in Washington DC, partnered with NextGuest to relaunch their website. The site, with it’s highly visual and modern design, utilizes the merchandising capabilities of the smartCMS® such as the Rooms Module, personalization engine tools and a multichannel marketing strategy to increase direct online bookings.

The Challenge
