Whether it’s cabanas, meeting space, or property experiences like bicycle rentals or wine tastings, FleXi allows you to manage your unique inventory in one place, adjust rates based on demand, and monitor incremental revenue. With FleXi, guests and locals can also book ancillary offerings, property experiences, and add-ons on the hotel website. Additionally, FleXi enables you to create and manage contactless menus for the hotel restaurant, bar, or even room service.


Use FleXi to manage and merchandize hotel amenities such as cabanas, and enable guests or locals to book a cabana in hourly increments. During the booking process, you can allow guests to purchase add-ons for their cabana reservation such as drink service or snack service. When the cabana is ready for the reservation, send an SMS message to the guest alerting them that their cabana is ready.

Property Experiences

FleXi enables guests and locals to book property experiences and activities such as bike rentals, fitness classes, or wine tastings. For amenities, users can check availability and reserve a time slot when the amenity is available. For activities and events, users can see when there is a class scheduled and reserve a spot if there are spots remaining. Hotel guests can also purchase add-ons for their reservation such as a complimentary bottle of champagne.

Meeting Space
