NextGuest Wins Three Stevie® Awards at the 2019 American Business Awards

NextGuest’s companies continue to outdo themselves by winning three Stevie® Awards at the 2019 American Business Awards®. The crowning jewel among them was a Gold Stevie Award in the Content Marketing Solution category for HEBS Digital’s content personalization technology. HEBS Digital also won a Silver Stevie in the Content Management Solution category for the smartCMS® Website Technology Platform (winner of a Bronze Stevie last year), while Serenata CRM was awarded a Silver Stevie in the Relationship Management Solution category for its hospitality CRM solutions. This is the sixth year in a row that NextGuest’s companies have been awarded.

The Stevie Awards are considered to be the world’s premier business awards, designed to recognize achievement in every facet of the workplace. NextGuest competed in the American Business Awards division against thousands of other entries, all judged by more than 200 industry professionals across a two-month judging process.

HEBS Digital is thrilled with the success of its content personalization technology, and receiving a Gold Stevie Award means that the technology is recognized for setting the industry standard. Serving personalized content to different users is the way of the future, and HEBS Digital is proud to be a pioneer in the way customers interact with hotels.

“This groundbreaking marketing technology truly exemplifies the gold standard for content personalization and empowers hoteliers to reach the right audiences, send the right messages, and measure success directly within the platform,” said HEBS Digital CTO Jaan Paljasma. “We’ve won these prestigious American Business Awards six years in a row through the right mix of strategic technology partnerships, talented team members, and long-term customer relationships — because award-winning software isn’t built in isolation; it happens only through collaboration between all participants.”

HEBS Digital’s smartCMS® platform is no stranger to awards, either, and the continued attention it receives — and its upgrade from a Bronze Stevie Award to Silver — means that it hasn’t ceased to evolve and outperform competitors. The platform powers some of the hospitality industry’s most cutting-edge websites and ensures guest acquisition, retention, and a truly engaging experience.

The last of the NextGuest’s three honors, awarded to Serenata CRM, was for the company’s Next Generation CRM for Hospitality. The full-service CRM suite transforms hoteliers’ relationships with guests, driving direct bookings and customer loyalty at lower acquisition costs.

“We have an extremely talented team who are dedicated to taking hospitality CRM and digital marketing to the next level,” said Serenata CEO Dieter Dirnberger. “It’s great to see that the industry recognizes our next generation CRM and its unparalleled capabilities.” He continued, “Our unique combination of campaign management and analytics, as well as real-time intent-triggered personalization, helps hoteliers acquire new guests at a lower cost while increasing brand loyalty within the existing customer base.”
