NextGuest Announces the Release of the New Dorint Member Portal

NextGuest designed a new portal for the Dorint loyalty program that incorporates data-based personalization and seamless integration.

New York, NY (11/12/2020)NextGuest is proud to announce the release of a new online portal for the Dorint loyalty program. Dorint is an international hospitality company that boasts an impressive portfolio of business hotels, vacation rentals, and resorts across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

Dorint needed an online portal that could unite its three distinct brands: Dorint Hotels & Resorts, Essential by Dorint, and Hommage Luxury Hotels Collection. With dozens of properties to integrate — and more to come — a sophisticated solution was required that would still offer an easy-to-use CMS with the ability to manage ever-changing content, images, and offers.

NextGuest addressed this challenge by incorporating personalization based on customer data gathered through CRM, allowing each member to enjoy a unique experience based on their history and loyalty level. The portal was seamlessly integrated with the booking engine to provide an easy login experience and a shorter booking path. As a result, members are served personalized offers and can easily access member rates.
