What’s your role at NextGuest, and what are some of your responsibilities?
I am a Senior Account Manager on our Account Management team. I am the connection between our clients and our internal team; I handle day-to-day conversations, share reporting and make sure everything is running smoothly!
What did you do before working at NextGuest?
I have been working in Digital Marketing and Account Management since 2011. My most recent work before NextGuest was advertising and marketing for Broadway shows like Oklahoma!, Jagged Little Pill and Dear Evan Hansen, and NYC institutions like The Met Opera, NY City Center and the Tony Awards.
What’s your favorite thing about your role?
I love my clients. Hoteliers are some of the nicest people out there, and every client is an absolute pleasure to work with.
What’s your favorite destination you’ve traveled to and why?
There are so many! I live in NYC and love travelling to and experiencing other cities, especially their food and craft cocktail scenes. I am a huge fan of Montreal, and I once ate a meal at Montreal Plaza so good I cried a little. Truly the best food I have ever had.
What’s an essential item you can’t travel without?
In 2020, I’ve gotten really into crocheting, so now, whenever I’m planning a trip, it also involves bringing yarn and a hook so I can work on a project! I also always have a giant bottle of water on me when I travel – it’s important to stay hydrated! I love my Swell bottle; it keeps water so cold.
