What’s your role at NextGuest CRM, and what are some of your responsibilities?
I am the Director of Integrations and Partnerships at NextGuest. I am responsible for finding the right partners for us to work with and then managing the end to end process of implementing the new integration with that partner.
What did you do before working at NextGuest?
I was the Product Manager for Loyalty and Profiles with Sabre Hospitality Solutions for 2 years. Before that, I was the Head of CRS Product Management for Trust International which was acquired by Sabre in January 2016.
What’s your favorite thing about your role?
My favorite thing is the variety of projects that I get to work on. Each day is different, and after nearly 25 years in hospitality, I am still learning new things. I like being in our smaller, more agile organization that feels like a second family.
What’s your favorite destination you’ve traveled to and why?
I will never forget Sri Lanka. I visited in 1998 and saw the incredible beaches, breath-taking countryside, and amazing people. It was one of the most special holidays I have ever had! We visited the elephant sanctuary, a tea plantation, and spent many memorable nights eating dinner on the terrace watching the sunset. I really hope to go back one day!
What’s an essential item you can’t travel without?
My iPad. It goes with me everywhere. It’s the only way I get to watch all the films and box sets I miss while traveling.
