How did you get started in the hospitality industry? 

I started my career back in 2003 in the beautiful Principality of Monaco. My first exposure to hospitality was at the Société des Bains de Mer – famous for the Monte Carlo Casino.  

 
What type of hotels or hotel groups do you typically work with?

Premiere Advisory Group works with hotel operators and management companies. We specialize in independent properties and small to mid-chains size. 
 

What does your day-to-day look like at Premiere Advisory Group? 

When it comes to distribution and revenue optimization, we never know what to expect. From running a simple corporate negotiated GDS rate audit to implementing a CRS solution or negotiating a contract with a technology/connectivity partner on behalf of a client, every day brings something different. This is why we developed a unique methodology that allows us to monitor our clients’ distribution ecosystem.

  
How do you help clients maximize revenue and profitability? 

In order to help them reach their full potential, we take a comprehensive look at their distribution ecosystem to identify key revenue opportunities and provide personalized solutions based on their individual needs. 


What are some of your company’s top priorities for the year? 

Our main priority is education.The hotel distribution landscape is shifting quickly due to evolving traveler behaviors and hotel technology. There is an important need to educate our clients and hoteliers in general. A successful distribution and marketing strategy implementation can lead to an increase in overall return on investment and decrease client acquisition costs.
